Our Vendors
Vendors of the Liceulice magazine are individuals in need of economic and social empowerment and inclusion. Those who face the greatest obstacles in the labor market—people experiencing homelessness, living with disabilities, in isolation, at risk of poverty, or in other difficult life circumstances—get a chance to improve their living conditions, integrate into society, and become part of a community by selling the magazine. Our support program, based on the principles of social entrepreneurship, economically empowers marginalized social groups. LICEULICE represents an alternative path to independence, a way to earn a living, and become active members of society. The distribution of Liceulice is carried out exclusively through our network, which includes individual vendors and partner organizations. Currently, our individual sales network is developed in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Pančevo, and Kraljevo.

How to Become a Vendor
If you’re interested in selling in Belgrade, you can sign up for an introductory meeting where you’ll get to know our coordinators and receive all the necessary information about the role and how to join.
After the meeting, the vendor receives their uniform, an assigned sales location in the city, and can begin selling. All vendors in our network receive comprehensive support that includes:
- Field visits
- Empowerment activities
- One-on-one conversations
- Group activities
- Workshops.
If you’re interested in joining our program or have any questions, contact us at 0112686567 or email us at office@liceulice.org.

Where to Find Our Vendors
Street papers like ours exist in over 60 countries worldwide. That’s why you’ll find our vendors OUTDOORS—on streets, promenades, in parks, squares, and other public and busy places in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Pančevo, and Kraljevo.
When selling, vendors are required to wear clearly visible Liceulice identifiers—blue-and-orange vests and ID badges.
In addition to regular street and indoor sales, vendors also take part in guest sales– at public events and at your workplace (visits to companies, firms, organizations, and institutions).
We manage existing sales locations and work to open new ones—if you have a suggestion or want to join the Liceulice community, email us atoffice@liceulice.org.

Our Sales Partners
Through our partner network, these organizations have joined in magazine distribution: Živimo zajedno Association, MNRO Zvezdara, Patrija from Novi Sad, the Citizens’ Association for Supporting Youth with Developmental Disabilities in Kraljevo, Sinhro Hub Pančevo and Na pola puta Association in Pančevo.
Joining the Liceulice distribution network gives your beneficiaries the opportunity to (re)integrate into the community and gain economic empowerment. It also offers organizations a chance to develop their own capacities in social entrepreneurship and diversify their income sources./p>
We greatly value partner organizations and/or individuals from other cities in Serbia who would like to join us in magazine distribution. If you want to become part of our distribution network, email us at office@liceulice.org.
Our Support Program
Our support program provides opportunity, restores self-confidence, and enables income and social inclusion for those who—through various paths and to varying degrees—have ended up on the margins of society, in isolation, unemployed, in poverty, and facing existential uncertainty.
Liceulice support programs are designed around the needs of vendors, aiming to offer stability, acceptance, and encouragement to actively tackle financial difficulties, foster community among peers, and increase self-confidence and a sense of belonging.
We organize various workshops and skill-building trainings necessary for work and offer ongoing psychological support.
Our vendor support team carries out daily and periodic activities including:
- Sales training and empowerment: learning sales techniques, communication, product presentation, conflict resolution, workplace responsibility, and résumé writing
- Daily assistance in street sales: providing equipment, logistics, safe working conditions, protection, promotion, and individual planning and progress tracking;
- Continuous psychological counseling;
- Solidarity Club – monthly gatherings for all vendors, fostering vendor community and group empowerment;
- Crisis interventions and support in challenging life situations;
- Group gatherings, visits to cultural events, films, and theater performances
